Aiming High - Cover of the strategy document This area of the website allows you to explore the contents of Aiming High for Young People: a ten year strategy for positive activities.

The strategy was published in July 2007 and is available in PDF Format from HM Treasury here.

The strategy consists of six chapters, and is structured around three core themes of Access, Empowerment and Quality.

We have reproduced text from each chapter of the strategy (under Crown Copyright) on the pages below, and have created space for you to add your comments to each section.
